WASH and dry the balloons. Make sure the balloons are completely dry as you do not want to seize the chocolate. Line baking sheets with wax or parchment paper.

BLOW up balloons to roughly a 4- to 5-inch size.

MELT morsels in a medium, uncovered, microwave-safe bowl on HIGH power for 45 seconds; STIR. If needed, microwave at additional 15-second intervals, stirring vigorously after each interval until morsels are melted.

TAKE each balloon and gently press it into the chocolate until the chocolate covers bottom 1/3 of balloon. Set balloons on prepared baking sheet.

REFRIGERATE balloons for at least 1 hour. The longer they chill, the easier it will be to remove the balloons. We do not recommend leaving the balloons in contact with the chocolate for more than 4 hours.

TO REMOVE BALLOON, with scissors cut a TINY SLIT at the top of the balloon to allow the air to SLOWLY be released. Once the balloon is deflated, pull the balloon away from the chocolate and discard any pieces of the balloon.

FILL bowls as desired.

* Many commercial balloon products contain natural rubber latex, which may cause allergic reactions.
**Children under 8 years can choke or suffocate on uninflated or broken balloons. Discard broken balloon pieces at once.
